Last year we introduced you to NATHAN + JAC, you know… those uber-talented Melbourne stylists with an eye for curating homewares, art and furniture so you can create magazine-worthy interiors?
Today they’ve launched their latest collection — Freya — and it is hot, Hot, HOT!
Inspired by the Scandinavian Goddess of love, fertility and beauty, Freya is for the modern day dreamer, a sanctuary of escapism.
The collection is all about linen, blonde timbers, textured materials, marble and leather combined with a palette of floaty pastels, sky blues, foamy ocean tones and neutrals — basically every on-trend look you could hope for!
We love the airy colour palette of blush, peach, cream, beige, sky blues and foamy ocean tones — perfect for people who are a little colour shy or prefer a softer palette.
Tammy Nathan and Jacqui Zarkovic from Styling Properties and Bec Astrinakis from Rebecca Ellie Studio are the force behind the collection and they say the emphasis was on texture and design detail, such as pinch pleating, stitching, piping, brass accents and geometric shapes.
Of course their own signature range of cushions — featuring finest fabrics of leather, wool, cotton, velvet and linen — are back and better than ever… can we have them all?!! Still proudly designed and made in Melbourne, it’s nice to know we’re supporting local.
If you lack a bit of certainty when it comes to interior styling, or you’d just like someone to take the hard work out of it for you, you’ve got to check out the Freya collection on the NATHAN + JAC website!
