The best way to clean your shower and glass screen

If there’s one cleaning question we see come up more than any other, it’s how to clean your glass shower screen or the best cleaning method to remove soap scum from your shower screen. We’ve searched high and low, and tested out every cleaning hack there is, and can safely say we have discovered the best method to clean your shower and glass screen. Best of all, it’s natural AND you can make it yourself.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 1 cup bi-carb soda
  • ½ cup natural dish soap
  • 5 drops eucalyptus oil

Method:

1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl and stir until you have a smooth paste.

Add 1 cup of bi-carb soda
Place in 1 cup of bi-carb soda
Add half a cup of dish soap
Add half a cup of dish soap
Add 5 drops essential oil
Add 5 drops of essential oil
Combine to make smooth paste

2. Apply onto your shower screen and walls and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Apply the soft scrub onto your glass shower screen. It also works a treat on tiles and grout!

3. Use a sponge and warm water to wash it away.

Finally, rinse clean for sparkling results

Your shower should now be sparkling clean and smell AMAZING. If any soap scum or mould remains, repeat these steps a second time.

This method makes a generous amount of cleaning paste that you can store in an airtight container and use over several weeks.

This cleaning hack is also a fab way to clean your vanity, bathtub, toilet and kitchen sink.
